Polishing

Since 1989 RC Components has separated themselves from the competition in both quality and lead time.  Having all of their chrome process under one roof gives them total control over the quality of your wheels and exhaust.

chroming

In-House Chrome

RC Components in-house chroming operation is what sets them apart from the remainder of the after market industry. Controlling this process in-house and tailoring it toward motorcycle products is why RC has the best looking chrome while offering the best lead times in the industry.

engineering

RC Engineering

RC has an on-site engineering staff that can take a dream and make it reality. They use CAD Design and CAM Programming to machine prototypes of concepts dreamed up by any of RC’s employees. After finalizing the design the product is sent out for strength testing to ensure the product passes the designated safety requirements.

Research and Development

After finalizing the design the product is sent out for strength testing to ensure the product passes the designated safety requirements. The new product is also fit tested in-house and placed on a bike for road testing. The last task before selling the product to the public is to name it – where employees at RC get to cast there vote on the name of the new style.
